Handicap Parking Signs -

State and local laws require all businesses to provide Handicap Parking spaces. Two signs are needed. One with the handicap symbol indicating the space is reserved and one indicating the fine charged if a non-handicap designated vehicle occupies the spot. The State of Illinois' minimum violation fee is $100.00, but the maximum can be up to $200.00. Forsyth's fee is $100 whereas Decatur charges $200.
