Why Color is Important —

People are bombarded every day by many newspaper ads, TV commercials, and yes, even signs. Color, used properly, can make a difference as to which messages get noticed. And until the message gets noticed, it can’t be acted upon.

Number of Colors Available —

Many of our signs are produced using vinyl lettering. When C & K began in 1989, there were about 50 different colors available. Today, with current equipment, we can match over 3,500 solid colors. Included in this number are over 300 PMS (Pantone) colors.

Of course, in our digital area using 4-color technology (CYMK), millions of colors are available.

Color is important to you and we can provide the materials, equipment and expertise to get the job done for you.

Color-Id —

One of our more exciting recent equipment additions is a device called Color-Id. With it, we can now "shoot" your existing colors and have the software determine whether they can be matched. Even if a "perfect" match is not possible, it will determine how close we can come and give you the opportunity to decide if that is adequate.
